A cocktail from Vinegar Hill House in Brooklyn, you won’t be able to find it anywhere else. It's inspired by the Yale cocktail. 2 oz. Hayman's Old Tom Gin ~ 3/4 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth ~ 1/4 oz. Creme de Violette ~Stirred over ice, strained strait up or on a rock. No garnish. Enjoy!
